Kyle and Bill were very professional - sending paperwork and setting up the inspection, getting there early and even going a couple days ahead of time to look at the roof before it snowed. Their inspection was very thorough, and they communicated to me in depth regarding the status of the house. They were easy to talk to and provided me with a detailed report.

Kyle and Bill were very fast to reply to all questions ahead of the inspection and afterwards and were overall so easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and able to point out little things that were great to know as buyers. It was awesome that they were able to handle our house inspection, sewer line video inspection and set the radon inspection all in the same hour and a half period. They got the radon report to us immediately after that was complete. They also gave me a couple names of contractors in the area to reach out to. I’d recommend them and would work with them again!
