I was greatly disappointed in being told to go to their competitors for a “cheap” trailer and then proceeded to tell me the company’s name! LolWhat was stomach turning is that we we’re negotiating a unit he has in stock that was well over $8,000 and we we’re only 600 dollars difference between their list price and what I was offering . I’m shocked that not even an attempt was made to bring the deal to this persons superiors to try to get closer to getting something done. It’s truly unfortunate because I had herd good things about this manufacture but nonetheless I will now definitely move on too action trailers.Just my experience.

Stopped in about a trailer but they wouldn't give me the time of day. Only one employee was dealing with a customer and the rest were doing paperwork. After 20 minutes trying to get their attention, I finally got one to talk to me. He directed me to the only person who could help me with the trailer I was looking for. Unfortunately, that one had already been chatting with a friend the whole time I was there. He kept up that personal conversation another 5 minutes before I finally left. If the sales person can't stop a personal conversation for a customer wanted to make a $7, 000 purchase, this customer is happy to take his business somewhere else.

Bought 25 foot goosenecm from local dealer. 4 sets of oil seals in year and half. No warranty anymore problem was never fixed. Dealer won't support. Piece of useless junk

I went to Canada Trailers this week to see if they could help with a part I needed for my trailer, others couldn't source due to COVID supply problems. In a bind, John made an exception, made the part for me, ready as he said and more! Thanks John, definitely recommend and keep you mind in the future.

Just purchased a six by twelve mini tandem. Pulls really nice and rides smooth. Much better than the one I sold I replaced it with this trailer and that looks like it was a good decision.

We own a 20' equipment float built by these guys!Very well built trailer compared to some competitors they have. They came in at a better price at our local dealer as well. Would like to see the licence plate mounted in a different place but this goes with all manufacturers. Only issue we have had with our trailer and it has been used pretty well everyday since June is we had a weld brake on one of our box rings on the side rail. I still rate them at a five star because no one is perfect!

We've utilized their product for some time now and have been quite happy with the results. When I had any questions I've received prompt and succinct responses. Very professional to deal with.
