My mother was sent to a long term care facility in Invermere this past winter while waiting for a bed in Cranbrook. Leanne and her staff provided excellent support for her and were available at short notice if she needed anything extra. They provided social stimulation and also arranged and accompanied her to weekly hair appointments.Over Christmas, the weather and roads were bad and Leanne and her staff ensured mom had a stocking to open with multiple little gifts to tide her over until we could visit. The Heartfelt team is punctual and lovely to have as company. They are skilled at assisting elderly people in their homes. I appreciate their help with my cellphone, meal preparation, banking and odd jobs around the house. Most of all I enjoy the regular visits and good sense of humour. I would recommend this service; Heartfelt is great at what they do.

Leanne and Sandie at Heartfelt Companion have provided exceptional help for my stepfather. They became good friends and he looked forward to their arrival each day. They have been incredibly caring and numerous times they went above and beyond to help him. When he moved to Alberta this fall Leanne helped connect us with another caregiver and Sandie continued working with him for a month to ease the transition.We look forward to working with Heartfelt Companion again in the spring.

Leanne and I became associated about a year ago when I came out from a rehab hospital in Calgary to live in my own home as I recovered. I felt I needed some assistance with shopping and appointments but I wanted to do as much as I could on my own. Leanne helped me with errands and was able to provide a consistent weekly schedule. Her team is very caring, compassionate and capable. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have someone to look after me.

Leanne offers a wonderful service for seniors. She has been helping my mom for a couple years taking her to get groceries and assisting with errands. My mom always looks forward to going for coffee with her or taking the dogs for a walk. Leanne is very caring and compassionate and I highly recommend the service she provides for seniors.
