Safety inspection was conducted and fee for service were as agreed prior to service.In addition and for no extra charge the mechanic removed a faulty tint from the window and cleaned all residue in order for the vehicle to pass inspection.Good quality work from qualified and courteous professionals!!! My appointment was for 4pm to replace a couple of lights and fix what i thought was a screw in a tire. They had my car in at 4, replaced the lights and were honest enough to let me know the screw was only in the tread! Fantastic work! Thanks everyone!!

This was our first time getting our tires changed over at Meineke and construction made us a little late for our appointment. Matt was able to squeeze us in and get the tires changed and was very understanding of our situation. Great customer service, great auto service. We will be back in a few months and I will make sure that I am on time going forward.

AMAZING Service! , Called them in regards to a screw in my tire and they were so kind and understanding. They fit me in asap and got it all patched up and gave me the best service ive had from a mechanic in a long time! Highly recommend them for any auto needs!

My crisis nearly had me in tears when I arrived. I'm from Barrie, just in town for an interview... 1 month after break work (elsewhere) my emergency light is flashing and I have no break fluid. A caliper is leaking and the men at Meineke, though there was no availabilities, came to the parking lot, found & advised of the leak and topped up my fluid. Not only that, they gave me the bottle to keep refilling until I got to a shop! Now, they are happy tears. Truly, from the bottom of my heart thank-you. May just be driving here for future work!

They were able to see my car right away, the texted estimate and approval system is great! It lists everything that needs to be looked after and shows pictures. Service was done in a reasonable and quick time frame. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend Meineke in Alliston for auto repairs.

I been used there business for a whileLast time I had done tires change +oilCostumer service is not the bestMy tires were in bag’s it’s notWhen I got home they were in the back of my car with no bags really upset me last time I asked to put the bag thy put the one I had before coming .They said can not give paper invoice and was the last time they will handleAnd fo me will be the last time I bring our 2 cars and give business

My experience at the Meineke in Alliston has always been pleasant. Respectful staff, quick yet efficient and affective. Also very affordable compared to any other similar agency. Top notch, full marks earned and deserved. Never an issue in the 2 years I have frequented this establishment.

Meineke thank you for making my car feel so smooth and stable after changing my tires and oil. The only reason why I deducted a start is because of the miscommunication part (my car service was completed but there was an issue with communication). I waited until 6 for a call, since I didn’t hear back I made my way there to pick up my car. But the shop was close. The next day I was able to speak to the owner, he apologized and explain the issues from their end. Everything worked out. I am bringing my daughters car next for servicing at Meineke.
