All changes to the vehicle were done in a very quick time frame with constant communication being kept between our salesman and us. The truck looks truly amazing and is exactly what we imagined. Buying a used car is always stressful so I usually relay on the dealer of the specific car to do some work form me. Of course, I have to pay bit more for the “find” but in a long run it seems to pay off, at least for me. Derek Bidgood helped me to find the best car that I could afford! He took the time to listen to my needs and budget and did not try to sell me into a more expensive version of “my dream”. He politely asked me if he can join me for the test drive but did not hover over me or the car, so I had the time to discover by myself if I like it or not. The whole experience took less than 2 hours. So... Derek was not there when I picked up the car and I was told that I will get just one set of keys. I said to myself “that is life, open your eyes”. The good news is that Derek called me to say “come by, we have your other set of keys”. It is two weeks later, and I am happy with my new ride. Overall, my experience at Toyota was better than expected and Derek made that happen. Thanks
