Just left this location and I seldom leave reviews, but I was so impressed and relieved I had to leave this review. I despise dress shopping, I am a yoga pant and hoody girl, but I have to go to my husband's Christmas party tomorrow so I really needed a dress. Cathy (maybe spelt with a K) was amazing! I believe she understood my sarcasm and dread of dress shopping. She made it easy, joyful and I can actually say fun. I just wanted to say thank you again!

Very impressive store. Huge with tonnes of variety.The employees are very helpful and nice.Aesthetically very beautiful and super well organized.One of the best Laura stores I have visited in Ontario.Highly recommended.

Laura store has a friendly helpful staff. I visited the store on a couple of occasions last week and each time I was greeted by staff and directed to area I wanted. Vicki, the sales associate, was most helpful in suggesting and finding dress in the style, colour and size I needed. One dress was not available in my size, in the store. Vicki checked on line and had the required dress sent to my home address.Her friendly, helpful personality made for a wonderful shopping experience !!

This was my first time at this location and I had such a pleasant experience. Kit was the customer service rep that assisted me and I was able to walk out with 3 tops that I was very happy with. All of the ladies there were very nice and I will definitely be shopping at this Laura location in the future!

I called the store almost in tears, looking for a dress for a wedding. As a plus-size woman, it’s not an enjoyable experience to shop for dresses. I called Laura and got to speak with Cathy. She assured me that she could outfit me and asked me to come in. I arrive and within 10 minutes, I have a dress, purse, earrings, necklace and shape wear ! I looked great. I felt great. She changed the entire way I look at myself. I went to a wedding feeling gorgeous and confident! What a beautiful woman who just knows her stuff. And Laura… what an amazing selection for plus size as well! I will only shop here from now on. Thank you Cathy. You are AMAZING!

I fell in love with the perfect jump suit for a wedding, it was the only one left in my size. Once I tried it on the worker pointed out there was a rip on the bum, but convinced me to just take it to stitch it- she gave me 10-% off for stitch it which was only a 6$ total anyway. The jumper was like 300$ I feel like I should have for sure gotten a discount on the jumper, or not have had to pay at all for the stitching as it wasn’t my fault. Super disappointed in the customer service

Had purchased a dress and a few days later it was reduced. The sales person cheerfully did a price adjustment. Savings for me and was not made to feel guilty. A very positive experience.

As others have mentioned, very helpful and courteous service, every time I have been in, whether I was needing a dress for a wedding, or sadly a funeral, travel wear, or Christmas at home. The apparel lines are all good value, given their quality, and will last when treated with TLC. Also I do like to see more and more offerings that are “made in Canada”.

The employee named Vicki (with dark hair and glasses) went above and beyond for me and helped me find a dress for the 3 weddings I have. She even went to another location to pick up the dress for me to pick up the next day. I just want to acknowledge her and her wonderful help. I am so grateful!!! Thank you Vicki!!
