Always my favourite place for shoes but went to Erin mills mall location and one time on the the weekend the lady put a tape and never came back so i bought sandals from softmoc . Second time went again to get some shoes as im a health worker and buy clarks, piccadilly types and unfortunately not available in other stores but to my luck the woman there was in so rude and said what do you want..should I bring the whole store for you? Although just tried two pairs and due to planter in feet was looking for a perfect fit . Long story short told her that i think she was being too rude then left the shop bought 3 pairs from naturalizer (although not my favourite) i was too overwhelmed.

i went in today (October 3rd) at 1:45 and was greeted by Gemma and Che. i had questions about a product i had purchased beforehand and was hoping for some clarity. Knowing full well that i wouldn't be purchasing anything they still took the time and answered all the questions i had and gave me complete reassurance regarding my purchase, this is what customer service should be like! thanks alot
