Fitness Lair
I joined CrossFit Lair for a brief amount of time while in town for work. I had an incredible experience and wish I could’ve stayed longer. Lindsey and the rest of the CrossFit staff were extremely accommodating to my needs/schedule and made working out a fun, uplifting, group-centred experience.

The biggest change for me in a 4 week Summer Shred program was mental. The grind behind discipline of waking up in the mornings to drive to town to go. It’s always been a discipline issue for me, and the Lair gave me a reason to put some work into myself.
