There’s always homeless or scary looking guys in this Taco Bell/KFC , I feel unsafe. The washroom is disgusting. The place never looks clean. The worker I saw made the food with no gloves. Once I had to use their washroom but there were homeless guys sitting near there so I didn’t go, I wanted to just leave but there was also another guy just staring at me from outside, It was night too. I had to get picked up because it felt so dangerous there. Today when I went, It was the same. The food was also bad.

I am at 2991 Lougheed Hwy today. #300, Coquitlam, BC V3B 6J6 Ordered tacos from here.The clerk told me that my order was complete, so I took it. When I got home and checked, there were 2 items missing.Why did you say the order was complete?Employees need to be retrained.

I completely understand why this location is rated so low. However, my experience wasn’t as bad as most reviews claim. It took longer than usual to receive my food and the location itself didn’t seem well maintained. I ordered a beef crunchwrap supreme combo and it was as expected. Not terrible, not great. Would return but for the baja blast only.

Hey @tacobell, you guys need to do better!! This was supposed to be a chili cheese taco but you can count the amount of beef that’s in this thing. The manager of this branch told me this is how it’s done after I complained not once but twice.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. When I got to the speaker to order, I had to say hello, they said one minute. I waited three minutes before saying hello again, they said to wait. We said we had been waiting 20 minutes in the drive through, then they ignored us. Only once we said we were leaving they started to take our order. We still left.How is this place still in business? We as a community should stop supporting them, and they should lose their franchise license.

I have ordered here before and it use to be ok but every time I come here in the last year or so it’s just gotten BAD. Got beef tacos and a chalupa. It was basically a taco of shredded lettuce, no meat. Super disappointing especially compared to American Taco Bell that’s actually filled. Also ordered chicken tenders, almost not edible as it was so over seasoned. Definitely a waste of money. I won’t be coming to this location again.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Look how empty the DOUBLE BEEF Crunchwrap supreme is and there wasn’t any sour cream on my fries supreme. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE THE STAFF ARE ALL DUMB AND CANT READ AN ORDER.

My order was completely missing the hot sauce I asked for: missing inside my burritos and I received none of the extra packets on the side that I asked for.The other one, I ended up re-rolling myself.I would not recommend this location.
