Vet techs are literally so sweet and caring. Dr. Wiley is hilarious and also very good with the work she does. Lots of love to all the staff here, you take great care of little Suri and you deserve all the appreciation!

I set an appointment for my 16 month old dog wich has anxiety for a minor surgery to remove a growth on his leg. Thought i could sit with my dog while he went to sleep , but sadly no the vet came out and demanded i put a mask on i in turn said im not sick dont need one but they wouldn't let me stay with my dog so girlfriend had to. This world is messed up enough without crazy people still thinking a mask really works and with 3 shots there still worried about this stupid covid. This world has alot of weird people in it. Thanks for being weird Duncan animal hospital.

I have been with this clinic 14 yrs, I wish I could say more positive things. however it's been my experience that ever since Dr Wiley has made staff changes and more Dr's have come to this clinic, the worse my experience got. Sadly today I had to go somewhere else to receive urgent compassion and empathy.

Super helpful and fit my sad cat in on short notice today! We are regular clients there and all the vets are nice and knowledgeable! Today I'm especially grateful to the lovely people at the front desk.

I'd give a negative review if I could. When you're at your worst having to have your best friend put to sleep they over charge you for the service, unnecessary exam charges, and absolutely zero compassion. Go somewhere else...would be in your best interests

It took 5 weeks to get in for an appointment, which is one week less than we were expecting. Staff were kind and professional. Almost as hard to get a vet as it is a family doctor. But that is no reflection on the staff here. Assessment, treatment and recommendations were all ‘patient’ centred.

Have to make appointments in advance to get in for anything. But don't call, text or email for a reminder. But instead they will call to say you missed your appointment. Instead of saying can you bring him in soon? Or we can get him in on this day but there will he a fee for missing today. Nope I was told your only allowed a same day appointment now. Thanks no thanks. I'll take my little guy out of town if it means getting a place that sends out reminders like most other places do.
