DO NOT MISTAKE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING TO ACTUALLY DO WITH YORKVILLE IN TORONTO. Incomplete delivery. Bogus reviews on the site. Impossible communications. I sent my baskets as a corporate gift and I am embarrassed to think what might have actually been delivered. How is this company even in business? Next stop, filing a fraud claim with the bank.

Ordered over 100$ basket for delivery on Good Friday, was able to select the day with no notice online that it isn't available, impossible to get in touch with anyone by phone. Phone system calls you back, hold music for 15 seconds and then hangs up on you (happenned 3x). They have the exact same phone system/gifts/etc as Hazelton's, which is equally poor for customer service and lack of appropriate online information about ordering. It's Easter Monday and *maybe* our box will arrive today?I tried contacting customer service between Monday and when the box arrived (on the Wednesday, after Easter). Each time I got terse, extremely unhelpful emails back from a random CSR email account that didn't even indicate in the email address or subject line that they were writing from Yorkville's. I'm lucky I even caught it in my inbox. When the box arrived at last, several of the items were different than what had been ordered, and there were several perishables (cheeses) included with no ice packs or refrigeration.

scam. zero communications, do not deliver on time, have no one answering their phones. Birthday cake was never delivered. no one to talk to. they take your money and disappear. Stay away

I ordered a cake and a bottle of wine for my sister’s birthday (with same day delivery) from their website. The process was so easy and she was really happy. I’ll be ordering from them again in the future!

Worst company ever. I ordered a birthday cake for my friend but they sent the wrong cake and that too 3 days late. Poorly packaged and rotten cake was delivered.Stupid customer service who is not willing to listen. Filing a consumer complaint against them and taking a legal action

BBQ time gift basket arrived on time for my sons birthday and he was very impressed with it, though the driver first gave him the wrong gift which was rectified quick enough, will use Yorkvilles again

Awful service and extremely rude service. The reviews on their site are undoubtedly fake. I wanted to cancel one of my baskets for personal reasons yet they denied, saying that the gift has already been sent, but this is untrue because I didn't have a tracking number as of yet. I only had the tracking number for the one sent earlier. Also it's extremely difficult to get in contact with them. This place is a scam. Don't waste your time or effort on this company. Do yourself a favor and shop with a local company that actually cares if your gift is delivered safely or not.

Scam.While this review is late I still think new customers should be warned. It was two-three years ago when I placed an order with them. I ordered purple flowers, chocolate dipped strawberries and 1 day shipping for my sister. The company instead delayed the shipping by 2 weeks, gave her yellow flowers, and dried pineapple chunks. Mind you they did not inform me about these changes nor was there any fine print stating that changes may occur if there was no or low stock.They have nonexistent customers service. Don’t bother calling, they will not answer and with that, no refund.I will never order from them again and I tell everyone to avoid! I learned my lesson, trust local flower shops instead.

Ordered what seem to appear as a classy arrangement online for a customer and was mortified and embarrassed to see what was received.Reached out to Manager in regards to the issue and absolutely no attempt to resolve or accommodate for such a terrible experience.Read google reviews before using this misrepresented company!! 1.7 Rating is actually too high - don't make the mistake!Definitely NOT A LUXURY BASKET

Worst service and when you call the number on the website, they are never gonna pick it up. The cake supposed to be delivered on March 1st and it's March 3rd and still didn't delivered. The customer agents are too rude and need proper training
