Winchester Ceramic Tile & Marble

Tim installed all of the tile in our home four years ago. This year we noticed some grout crumbling on our bathroom floor and my husband called Tim asking if he would be available to fix it. At first Tim said yes and agreed to come by but that never happened and now he is nonresponsive to us and drives by our home every day but refuses to call us back. This is work that he told us would be covered under his warranty hence why he will not call us back. Even if it wasn't covered we still need this work fixed and would be happy to have tim redo it but we will find someone else. Extremely unprofessional.
