Not that friendly tries to upsell you on everything you don't need not very knowledgeable. I went in looking for a pipe to buy as a gift guy wouldn't answer my questions, the tabacco leafs are over priced and are not sold by the gr. Like other places if you only wanted to buy a couple grams to try it out incase you don't like it you're not stuck with what you don't like. That'll try to upsell you on a humidor to store your tabacco when all you need is a jar and a bovida pack.I do NOT recomend this place to anyone.

Worst service ever… more like no service as the worker was ASLEEP in the back. Stood for 10 minutes yelling “hello?” And nobody came out to the counter. I decided to peek my head into the back and saw the man sleeping on the couch. Yelled hello and knocked on the door and nothing... At this point I thought maybe he was dead? The man finally woke and stumbled to the front with no apologies or any concern. DON’T GO HERE

Very poor - pretended not to understand English! Most shops sell by the box - he insisted on selling by individual cigars thus upping the price. Will never shop there again!

WORST SERVICE EVER, buddy behind the desk couldn’t speak more than 3 words of english, couldn’t help me find what i was looking for and even accused me of stealing, empty cigar boxes everywhere very unorganized. TERRIBLE SELECTION TERRIBLE PRICES AND HORENDOUS SERVICE. if you’re in the area take the extra five minutes to drive to cheap smokes in avenida

Selection is horrible, and if you do find a cigar there that you like, if you go back more then three times to buy that cigar, he raises the price on it by a few bucks

Been years since I've been back in the city, this place is not what I remember. Service was more pushy than knowledgeable, if you cant answer questions just say so don't point to one cigar and say many people buy this one asking me to hurry up. Mabye just the guy that day but he pushed me out of the store.
