Have been taking our pets (cat & dog) here for about a year and a half since losing our long term Dr to another town. Every staff member we have come into contact with has been fantastic! Recently saw Dr. Samm for our cat and she was amazing. My first time seeing her but I'll request her again for sure! She spent plenty of time answering all of my questions and I felt confident in her recommendations.

I would absolutely recommend Russel Lake Animal Hospital to take your anxious pet for check ups/vaccinations! My dog has had traumatizing experiences at the vet before, so I was concerned about bringing her in. The entire team was patient and communicative, and they have a separate room with a side entrance to make the visit as stress free as possible. Thank you to the team for everything today!

Been taking my two cats here for a few years now. Great service. It tends to help working here actually do like animals. I'm sure Felix liked the people working here and the crawling into the shelves, even if he didn't enjoy the dental cleaning.

I've never had more of an understanding and caring vet clinic that actually takes the time to text me, call for check ins and updates, reminders of appointments, and treats my dog Cooper like royalty. The Vets and staff are A1. Very friendly and professional. Caring and attentive. My dog had major dental surgery there and was so well taken care of. They did a follow-up the next day to make sure she was doing well. Their prices are average. Moderate not too expensive I found. Very clean and has no long waits as long as you have an appointment. Would highly recommend this hospital and staff

They took us in on a Sunday as an emergency close to their closing time. They were so warm and welcoming and really took grey care of my senior dog. Had a great plan in place to help heal her and their prices were fantastic and fair. ❤️

I can't say enough great things about this vet clinic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel very welcomed. The clinic is clean, modern and well-equipped with the latest technology. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, compassionate and truly care about the well-being of their patients. They took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and the questions from my 6 year old son as well! They have always provided me with clear and concise explanations about my fluffy butts health. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with this vet clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care for their furry friends!

We are a new patient here and my dog is a lovely rescued tripod, though he is quite shy of people. He needed a throughout eye exam which is a fairly invasive experience for a shy dog. The time, compassion and care that was taken with him outshines what we have experienced before.There was around 4 individuals who dealt him that day, and all were so great with him. Lots of kind words, patience and a few sneaky treats, did the trick.Please let all the staff know that their efforts and kindness does not go unnoticed and it makes a huge differences to everyone’s experience.
