I have never met a customer service representative or manager with more knowledge within the telecommunications field as Ashley. She patiently answered all of my questions, and genuinely helped me chose the right services, device, and accessories that truly fit my needs. Her in depth knowledge of every facet of the products and services I was interested in really helped me make an educated buy. I went out of my way to go to this store, and because of her service, I will be going out of my way again.If you could duplicate her, I would suggest it.Thanks again Ashley! I will be back!

DO NOT SHOP HERE.The manager that's been put in charge of this store doesn't seem to have any product knowledge or experience in what she's doing and is of zero value or help. Only one staff member there seems to have any idea what's going on and the rest seem new. Turnover rate also seems high considering It's always new staff when I make my way to the mall. If you risk shopping here you will not get the help you need and it is a risk signing anything. People who post positive reviews are given a coupon. Be weary.

I was having SUCH AWFUL ISSUES WITH KOODO AT THE TIME but the staff there were absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond to get my phone up and running again. Couldn't be happier!!
