Good selection of hardware products, but short supply at times, staff members could be a bit more courteous and less elitist.

Great management at this store. They have a sense of humour, and their sign always has jokes. For a small store, they always have good stock as well.

Zero stars for the cashiers especially the white bald guy with the tattoos wearing the vest...Poor management/staff. Everytime I go in to pick up my online order things are always delayed and unorganized. I don't usually put a negative review but today I felt it was necessary. The line up was long and I joined the line and left my cart at the returns.Waiting 10 minutes in line only to be bud in line by someone who just entered the store.The cashier back up called someone who bud ahead of me who cut infront of me.He took 10 minutes to process the guy who snuck in line in front of me who returned 1 item. Now I'm there for an extra 20 minutes!When I mentioned he had bud me ( the bald man with the vest and tats did not care. He did not know how to process the return and had to get assistance. I felt as though he was biased to the man who cut in line before me. (Had a feeling it was racial)My previous visit I was waiting in line only to be ignored for minutes on end. I visit this store because I work close to it. But never again I won't be back. You lost a loyal customer. I feel truly disgusted and as though my purchases did not matter to them. I will make my purchases elsewhere.Rona on Speers, I will never ever come back. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Great location. I always love the new sign they post up. I appreciate the fact that they have many workers who are actually available to help you as opposed to going down and searching for one that is available. Also I noticed they are very clean, Both the washrooms and the main floor was currently being cleaned so it’s a nice refreshing change for a hardware store.

I am trying to finish my garden so I went to Rona in Oakville I was greeted with such great service I hadn't visited for years my very last flower for my garden and the price was affordable the sale starts next week I am hoping to be there

Very conveniently located if you're in Glenn Abbey or South of QEW. Smallish store but they have most DIY things. Friendly staff too and never feels chaotic in there. I prefer visiting here to the very large Home Depot(s)

We had not visited the Rona store on Speers Road for a number of years, but stopped by on May 9, 2022, looking for a sectional patio set for our backyard. I am so glad that we did. Rona had exactly what we were looking for: a great quality set at a very fair price. Tony, Matt, and Eva were all amazing, and went out of their way to ensure that we got the delivery booked at a time that worked, and also made sure that we scheduled someone for the on-site assembly at our home. The personal service was wonderful, and attention to detail was greatly appreciated.We subsequently stopped by the store again two days later, and observed Store Manager Curtis Davies as he hosted a staff meeting right there in the middle of the store. Curtis was so positive, upbeat, and encouraging in his comments to the staff.Leadership starts at the top, and Curtis certainly sets a great example for all staff. It's no wonder that the staff at the Rona on Speers Road all seem happy, motivated, and ready to help the customers. Tony was once again very helpful as we purchased a wheelbarrow and a fireplace for the backyard. After having not been to Rona in years, I am now a convert and a dedicated customer going forward.
