I called Hamblet’s Roofing on a Saturday morning regarding a potential leak in my roof and/or vinyl siding. They responded within a couple hours and came out to look at the problem right away. The gentleman who showed up (John L) was extremely courteous and professional, and also very knowledgeable.I would highly recommend this company, and if I ever need roofing or siding work done, I would call these folks to do the work. After unforeseen circumstances, Hamlets was able to rectify the issue and replace damage which had been caused. Furthermore, it was all arranged between the two companies, leaving all the stress out of the replacement flooring for me, the customer. Hamlets stopped at nothing to ensure my home was left in the same shape it was. The roofing was completed in a timely manner as well with excellent workmanship. We just bought a new house and were extremely scared when we found roof leakage while it was raining. Hamblet's were quick in responding , visiting our house the same day and fixing the problem. It wasn't anything major according to them and they were extremely generous in fixing it. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for being kind and honest and thorough professionals. They made our first experience of moving to Niagara Falls a welcoming one.

So nice to have such pleasant people to deal with. We had a renovation project on our front porch requiring some aluminum capping and new soffits. A couple of hidden issues during the project forced me to delay the job with Hamblet's a few times, but when we finally had a firm date, so great to get re-scheduled with no issues, have the installers show up when expected and have the job competed including great cleanup after their work!

I had several quotations for the roof replacement on my cottage and I am a very picky customer ... I had several custom requests that other companies seemed to have a problem with, John was exceptionally understanding of my custom needs and had a quotation prepared very quickly with all work included. I was also on a time constraint and John exceeded my expectations of how quickly he could get the work completed. The crews took the required time to make sure everything was done correctly with no cutting of corners. I'm very pleased with the final result.

Right from the very start with Joe we felt we had the right company, after 4 other quotes, were looking for quality not the cheapest price. We had brand new windows, siding, doors, eves, everything done. Ryan's attention to detail was outstanding with Rob for the siding and trim.Gary's window install was perfect, as we had all oak trim and sills inside we wanted saved, which were perfectly preserved. Red was a great help outside with windows. The manager was down often as was Joe about any concerns, but there weren't any. Cleaned up everyday. Very professional the month they were here.
