My water delivery was missed a few days ago. After 3 phone calls and 2 emails, it has still not been delivered to me. The dispatcher at Aquaterra promised priority delivery yesterday. Not impressed!

Great service from this company. They call to remind you of delivery schedule a day ahead so you are sure to put your bottles out and not miss a delivery. Also deliver right to your doorstep. Very nice not to have to lug those jugs very far. Billings are accurate and timely as well.

Horrible company. They don’t deliver when they say they will. I’ve had an account for years and the latest customer service agent told me they won’t pick up empties unless you are getting more water. They add an extra fuel charge to deliver to homes even if you’re a senior and can’t pick up water on your own. I’m guessing their commercial businesses are more important to them. Go elsewhere.

Zero Stars!!!Absolutely No customer service at all. It appears impossible to speak to anyone except sales people who cannot even supply contact information for management or service. I recommend any other company. If this review warrants a response from Canadian Springs, I will change my review appropriately.Zero Stars!!!
