Aspen Ford Sales Ltd

The sales team and management are lovely. However the service team hasn’t been overly helpful. I took my car to them because it needed a new clutch. Known issue with Ford focus. They brought it in and checked it out. Charged me over $300 to tell me it needs a new clutch. I decided I would fix it. $2600 and it was done. Then I noticed my horn no longer worked by fob or inside the car. I took it back as it obviously happened when the clutch was done. After looking at it they said it needs a new horn. I asked why. They said because water must have gotten into the plug. $75 just for that and another $200 to fix the issue. I won’t be back. Less than satisfied. ***Update on my review. Funny story. All that was wrong…the fuse was loose. The horn works now and I didn’t need the $200 plug that the service department told me I would!!!!!

Carter, Jeff and the team went above and beyond customer service while we were purchasing a used vehicle for our growing family. We felt they sincerely wanted to get us into a vehicle that would suit our needs and not just trying to make the sale. Thanks for the great service!

Sadly even hearing of others not so great experiences at Aspen Ford i decided to buy local when ordering my first brand new vehicle. Thinking i was ordering so what could go wrong, well i can def tell u this is a decision i have since regretted. I have been very patient and given both the sales person and manager over a year to rectify with no glimmer of hope on the horizon!My take away is that it seems to be my problem, even though the reality is i receives something different than what was discussed prior to sale! Even the sales person has said they were unaware of how this changed the order so obviously it was not known or discussed with me! Now i know we all make mistakes but it is the treatment or lack of ownership after the fact that speaks volumes! I cant even get a follow up call or text!! I am constantly the one having to call ...... it is me who is put out for purchasing through Aspen!

Great Buying Experience Here. My experience in buying a preowned car at Aspen Ford Sales was excellent. Even though I live almost an hour away from Stettler, Jeff in sales made it easy for me to get information, negotiate a fair price, and place a deposit on the vehicle - and the price was the best I could find after extensively researching the best value I could find in Alberta. When I, my wife, and 5 year old son arrived at the dealership we were greeted by friendly staff and even popcorn which our little one loved. The car was nicely detailed and ready for us to test drive - thanks John! During the process of test driving the car, talking to staff, and completing paperwork we never felt pressured in anyway. Rob and his entire team actually helped us feel quite at home (which was a unique experience for us coming from the big city"). On a final note

Mike in the service team literally saved my day (and my car). I drove from Calgary for work and my car died. I called for help and Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. After assisting over the phone, he kindly arranged to send one of his drivers to lend me a hand (driver with a warm smile, sorry I didn't get your name). Seriously the best service and kindness I've ever seen at any dealership. I highly recommend their team! Thank you!

After dealing with a plaguing issue from purchase, Rob the managing partner and Kent the service manager got my truck in on my schedule and fixed it up right! The service manager is great to deal with.

Bought a mustang from here. Was surprised at how messy the shop was for a ford dealership. Had some small issues after I bought the car they seemed to give me the run around on it not super helpful there. The buying experience was good carter was good to deal with. Overall decent sale experience.
