Orléans Express - Québec (Centre-ville)

Very poor service. We were waiting in the line and the driver shut the door to the bus without any explanation. We as passengers were wondering what was happening but the driver kept yelling at us “Wait a minute!!!” Very rude and impolite. He could totally solve this by gently saying “please wait a minute.”We were very upset about this experience and will not consider using the service again.

Buses are nice, overall great experience. The station needs upgrades. Not very clear where to board and no real time schedules are displayed.

I had a really great journey on these busses. The seats were very comfortable and there was plenty of leg room. Every seat had a plug and usb port. Additionally, there was a table that folded down that fits a laptop perfectly. The timing of the busses is extremely accurate, even after getting stuck in traffic, we still arrived at our destination within 5 minutes of the estimated time. The only reason I am giving them 4/5 stars is because the wifi as advertised did not work on either of my journeys and it was a bit frustrating to not have had documents downloaded prior to the journey

Very clean and passengers were all respectfully quiet...except the guy snoring who obv couldnt help it ;-) nothing like greyhound or megabus in the States...while megabus is decent the passengers tend not be. The bus terminal in Montreal is exceptionally clean and safe, seemed like an airport rather than bus station

We took the bus from Montreal to Quebec City and the trip was good. People were friendly but we didn't understand why the bus stopped in the trip for a long time. We arrived 30 minutes late.. pity

Good service and very affordable! Seats are comfortable and they all have seatbelts, power sockets, cup holders and foldable tables. I recommend it, is the best bus service I ever had in Quebec.

Super great transportation from Montréal to Quebec City. Professional friendly staff, on time schedules, clean and new buses with toilet, electric outlets, and table, etc. They even have luggage storage at $4/piece so you all can enjoy sightseeing nearby without the burden!

I am not very happy with Orleans Express Company. I had to accompanying a lady who had problems with her head and she had to see a neurologist in Quebec City. In New Richmond she just paid for her ticket and I went free as her accompaniment. This morning Monday, November 30th 2021 we arrived at the bus in Centre-ville Quebec City and the ticket booths were all closed. We, being in a strange city we called a guy called Steve Guimond who does Patient Navigator by taking people from out of town, from or to the bus stop or to the hospital for their appointments. He helped us getting our tickets on Internet with a security guard. She had to paid full price for the accompaniment. There is no more Senior rates for them. By the way we had to travel 9 hours and forty-five minutes before reaching our destination. On top of that we had to pay for two nights for a place to stay and meals. It is an expensive trip when you are on a 1535.00$ a monthly fixed income. Do understand your Bus line losted a lot of Income due to Covid. You have great bus drivers, helpful and patience only thing the announcements are only in English. I know we are second class people here in Quebec we are the minority. I love Quebec and being an English Quebecer we are still a human being. I DID ENJOY MY TRIP WITH THE ORLEANS BUS. THANK YOU.

Experiencing worse night trip from Quebec city to Montreal. First Of all, there was no anyone from bus service provider and we were just worried if there is any bus or not until last 5 minutes.Secondly there are few uncivilized passengers who keep talking over the phone loudly and continuously without wearing musk. Such a nonsense and common sense less people ever exist in Quebec Province.Dear Management,Please look into such issues and address it so that other passengers can travel pleasantly and safely.Thanks in advance for your kind attention
