Pajo's Fish & Chips at Rocky Point Park
What a catch!!I LOVE the fact this joint is 100% Vancouver Aquarium Oceanwise Certified and only sells sustainable seafood which was the reason for visiting here, they also have a great selection and range for veggies too! All cutlery is compostable or recyclable and they have a great selection of condiments. I was stoked to see they also have hot sauce. The tempura-style batter is great, no greasy aftertaste but all the flavor. Fish and fries were super yummy, incredibly flavorsome and a knockout lunch for a sunny Saturday, they made our day! Portions are very plentiful and incredible service with a smile whipping up great grub in a down to earth, no fuss and fantastic water-side restaurant. I also opted for a second piece of cod which was extremely fresh, juicy and flavorsome and great value.Fingers crossed for my review coming out in their dope Google Review's seasonal draw!Support local businesses and shop sustainable!

Ordered the 3 piece cod with fries. It was vary tasty and the tartare sauce was so good! Their picnic tables have perfect cut out holes to place your fish and chips dip in.Definitely a nice treat on a sunny day!

Used the bday BOGO free coupon to get salmon & chips and the cod & chips. Salmon was very tender and flavorful. Got an extra piece of cod surprisingly. Would go back.

Spot the yellow umbrella below the bridge, thats Pajo's.So we dined with my wife and kids and the food was ok. I had salmon taco while my wife had the cod taco. The kids had their kids fish and fries, sausage and fries, which is cheaper, but of course smaller. I go to Granville island frequently so I would say I spotted couple of better spots at Granville. But overall, decent place when in Port Moody. Why 3 stars? Because the condiments area are drenched under the rain. The benches were too... we did not finish the french fries but it can be improved. Overall, will give more room just in case it gets better when we return.

The fries could be a bit more crispy, but you can’t really complain about bottomless fries! Still so yummy. Nice view, quick service. I would recommend!

Pajo's Fish & Chips at Rocky Point Park
The weather was ideal for a picnic, so we headed over to Rocky Point and unpacked our camping chairs with excitement. In front of Pajo's Fish and Chips, a vast expanse of grassland beckoned to us.We were spoiled for choice with delectable classic options such as fish and chips, burgers, and tacos! Our order consisted of the scrumptious Halibut Fish and Chips with coleslaw and ginger beer. The staff handed us a receipt with our order number, and we found a place to sit before returning to pick up our food. The service was remarkably fast, possibly due to it being a Wednesday and not crowded. The staff brought over our food on a picnic tray, which instantly added to the joyous atmosphere of our picnic. The handcrafted ginger beer was refreshing and had a mildly sweet taste, which I personally enjoyed. However, the coating on the fried fish was rather greasy, whereas the chips were alright. This venue is an ideal spot for a family picnic since it has a playground and water spray on the side to keep the children engaged.

Fries were very hard and dry without any taste, not sure what they did to them, I could not even finish them. The fish piece was very small, just look at it, it's almost size of the sauce cup. Ah and the sauce tasted not good. The worst fish and chips I have ever had.

Pajo's Fish & Chips at Rocky Point Park
Such a great location, but unfortunately such poor quality in food. The fries were not hot, very hard and dry. It was like they fried them once, put them aside, and then fried them again when we ordered. Not sure how else fries get like that. The fish wasn't hot, and the batter was also very hard. We were told it would be a 10 min wait, and it ended up being almost 30 min for 1 order of cod and chips. So disappointing as it is the perfect location for a fish and chip stand, and really shouldn't be a hard thing to get right.

Pajo's Fish & Chips at Rocky Point Park
I haven’t had really good fish and chips until I came to Pajo’s. Look for the bright yellow umbrellas at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody. They also have other locations at the YVR Airport and Richmond. They offer 100% Vancouver Aquarium Ocean Wise seafood. There are many options available with a choice of wild salmon, cod, or Alaskan halibut fish & chips with yummy tartar. The fries are bottomless. I had the two piece halibut with fresh cut fries with good portions of each. I was pleasantly surprised that there was little batter, halibut was moist, and wasn’t greasy tasting. They also offer seafood tacos and burgers. If you love (good) fish and chips, I highly recommend Pajo’s. Try the other seafood choices such as tacos. Forget the burgers as you can get that anywhere. A great place to go after a walk through the trails at Rocky Point. It’s mainly takeout but there are picnic tables nearby.
