Super friendly staff however I was overcharged $75.00 for them to remove a previously installed vehicle starter. I bought the vehicle used and didn’t know there was a starter already installed. They didn’t call or notify me of the previous starter nor did they let me know ahead of time that they were overcharging me until I went to pick ip my vehicle and pay for it.

Great shop, had a few technical issues installing a backup camera to my RV but was corrected with no extra cost, and a follow-up phone call from the manager to make sure there were no more issues. GREAT customer service, you don't see that very often these days.

Brought my car here twice: once for a remote starter, and again for a speaker and sound deadener install.Overall, I'm very impressed with Mitch and his team's work; my car is an import with a factory immobilizer, which makes the starter job a bit more difficult, but Mitch was able to get it working with no issues. He was very upfront and knowledgeable when it came to any questions I had, too, so I would definitely recommend this shop!

Fast, professional, and courteous service. Had them do a gps tracker in a work vehicle and starter in a personal vehicle. There's no other shop I will be using now besides these guys

Had a front and rear dashcam installed. Susan on the phone was great to deal with, but couldn't answer all my questions. No problem she says and gives me the owners cell number. He answers my call, and all my questions. I book in, job is done well, on time and at a fair price. Later that evening Mitch calls me to apologize that he wasn't around when I picked my vehicle up, asking if I have any questions since I've had time to play with it. Great service, just waiting for the time and money to schedule my other car in with him now. A+++ Totally recommend.

Mitch was very kind and helpful when I called him. He was trying to help me out for my led headlight issue on the phone first, and he squeezed me into his busy busy schedule on the same day the factory bulbs no longer work in my car so we figured it would be best to install HID since i was a big fan off these kits. My car still took some time to fix so I would definitely go back and do a business with him again. Thank you so much Mitch!:)
