Staff are your basic uneducated part time after school kids with no manners. Got blocked by the man with the dog and cannot get to the cash register. I guess my skin colour not white enough to get proper service.

You have extended your kind, warm words and your incredible care to our furry family. They are treated amazingly, and with respect as if they are your own. Took Diesel in for his first grooming. He is a big big boy so I hung around to make sure he behaved. The staff were incredible! Helped me find a proper training vest and treats. He was very spoiled and will be back!

We have just completed our final puppy class with Maddie at this Pet Smart. Maddie is knowledgeable and excellent with the dogs in her classes. I highly recommend her!

Found that a product this store had recommended was removed voluntarily" from the shelves. No explanation could be given by this store as to why. Two calls to head office finally revealed a vitamin D overload. Advised of the harmful possibilities by head office. Never once heard from the store manager nor the District Manager as was assured by head office. Did get a call from the Small Pets Manger. Needless to say PetSmart has seen the last of us."

First time at this location. Booked my Sheltie in for a grooming, dog spa day. The online services were great to use and easy to follow. Got an earlier spot so booked him the same day and brought him in. The staff are very friendly there and take good care of pets. Left Cody and received a call to pick him up a few hours later. He came out looking handsome as always. He looks so sharp with his black and white tuxedo. The staff loved him and he got some treats which he loves. Obeyed the commands and was super happy. Thank you to the staff, Cody is a happy boy! Great job! Like if you agree

I am not impressed at all. I have a Siberian Husky and had scheduled an appointment back in March for May. They called an told me the spa was closing and could get him in on Saturday. Great, however, they called again and cancelled and would not rebook. Now I have a Husky that desperately needs grooming and all other places are booking into June or July.

Do not take you animal here to be clipped. Took my dear pup Saydee in for trim and they trimmed her so short they cut her skin. Avoid this place at all costs. Do your pet a favour please avoid these untrained people.
