Too crowded long line ups,aisles narrow, it is an obstacle course trying to avoid people in this pandemic. I know it is not known for aesthetics but It is not for the faint hearted.

Fairly large Dollarama with a good variety of items. The only downside is that it's in the middle of Bridlewood Mall and doesn't have its own entrance, so it's harder to just get in and out if you want to get something quick. That also means it's restricted by the mall hours.

This store has some of the cheapest products across all Canada stores. But, the customer service is below average. Very stubborn and insensitive people across stores in GTA. They desperately need to be taught to smile , be kind, greet, help customers

Lots of shoppers at this store. Not friendly nor helpful staff...difficulty finding staff. It's messy and dusty. One cashier and long lineup to pay. Conveniently located inside Bridlewood Mall, street level. The mall is not to busy, except the food court, which is always busy.

At the west side Bridlewood Mall, by the McDonald's entrance. Open for essential business. First Dollarama with self check out. Moving really smooth. Enjoyed the quick drop in on a Sunday.

Customer service needs to be improved. Be friendly, a smile doesn’t cost you a thing. Just poor service overall.

I left the cart and the employee complained about it. It's not the customer responsibility to put the carts away or for them to be aggressive about using the self checkout. I have heard them tell off the old people about learning to use it. It's part of the employee responsibility to cash us out and straighten things up.
