Purchased a Hybrid F150 recently from Parkway Ford. From the moment I started researching the vehicle up to the pickup after purchase my experience was very pleasant. A very welcoming staff and my sales person Nancy Jelica was a pleasure to deal with. She understood what I was looking for and that I wanted a simple no hassle deal. Process was very easy and end result was exactly what I wanted. All early indications are that they care for you the consumer and that makes a major purchase such as a new vehicle easier. I would definitely go see Nancy again if another vehicle for us is in the plans or refer my family and friends. Thanks again.

Bought a used vehicle from Parkway. Sales staff was very attentive, but not pushy. One of the few dealers besides Meadowvale Ford, that was willing to really work within my budget. I would give them a 5 star rating, except we had to wait a long time to meet the Sales Manager to finalize details and we eventually had to leave due to another appointment.

I have a 2018 GT Mustang convertible. I've had two small issues come up in the last month. Both times I came in for advise and both times Adam Hambly looked after me. Overall great service! Got our Bronco Sport from Greg and the team. Greg made our vehicle switch hassle-free after the one we reserved was affected by the recent recall. In fact, quite hassle-free experience thoughout the time at the dealership. Much appreciated Greg!
