Doctor Nguyen is fantastic. He's professional and to the point. Took my mom for her emergency visit. I did not like that they failed to tell us until we showed up for her follow up appointment that there's a fee.

Highly recommend this clinic! Answer to my prayers as I suffer from severe dry eye. My eyes are constantly sensitive and itchy. I have to use eye drops every few hours just to function. I have gone from doctor to doctor just to hear my only treatment option was to use eye drops and a warm compress. I was not functioning and feeling very depressed as I could not work or spend time on the computer/phone. Dr Bui did a comprehensive exam of my condition and confirmed my dry eye condition. Her examination was not like any I had ever experienced. She has the most cutting edge diagnostic equipment that was scan and evaluate my tear ducts and tear quality. I found out I had atrophy of my tear glands and my tears had lost the oil ratio important to keep my eyes hydrated. Dr Bui offered two cutting edge treatments to treat my dry eyes: IPL and Lipiflow. The treatments were well tolerated. I did not feel pain. I was given good post treatment instruction for care. Immediately after my treatment I felt relief. So grateful!! I will continue with the follow up care and will continue to see Dr Bui. Thank you Dr Bui for saving my eyes!! It was a spa for my eyes. Worth making the trip from the us to see this top notch doctor!

This is the first time I've left a negative review for a business but I feel I have to do this to help other people.In January of this year I came to BUI to seek help and treatment with a dry eye situation. Oh how I wish I hadn't. The optometrist (whom I do believe genuinely means well) decided to squeeze my eyelids without first doing any form of heating to help the oils come out. This caused inflammation and damage to my eyelid that 5 months later I am still trying to fix. Every other doctor I have spoken to has said she made a mistake. I immediately went to the hospital and followed their advice on what to do to try to fix it.I later saw the opthamologist at the same business to ask his advice on how to fix the damage that they had caused. He laughed at me, told me to eat vegetables and then managed to hit me in the eye with his prism.If you have a dry eye situation then I would strongly advise against going here.

My wife had an eye exam test and the Dr told her that everything is fine and she has recommended her some eye drops. On our way home we noticed that the bottle is expired. We called back and they said that we can come back and get a bottle that is not expired. We asked if they can send the eye drops by mail instead of coming back since we live far. We get a call back saying that my wife can use the eye drops since the eye drops bottle got expired on Oct 20 which is only 12 days. This shows how Dr' can be unprofessional. I m not going back to this place anymore. bad customer service and clearly no quality check is done. Eyes are sensitive and precious I would never recommend someone to still use something that has expired.

the boutique itself is really elegant and they seem to have a lot of models, but we were unable to see any , they are all lock on key and the sale person was really unpleasant and at a moment disappear without a word so we were force to quit.I wouldn't recommend it
