Such a crummy place to do business. I dont bank there, but someone very close to me who does. Only giving them one star because I didnt realize they held cash deposits(because the cash could be counterfeit.. better hold only it). I get that they would need to hold a cheque...but depositing physical money into your account should not put it on hold. I only hope this person stops banking with such dysfunctional credit union.

Horrible customer service. I am a HCCU member, I took money out of Libro's bank machine went into the branch and asked to purchase some american funds with the very money I just withdrawn from their bank machine and was turned away because I do not have an account

I wish my bank would offer more events and fun stuff like Libro however hours could be open longer which is a convenience deal breaker.
