Shakti Yoga

I completed my Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with Bobby this past weekend. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the course was completed virtually through live online sessions. It actually felt like we were spending the weekend together despite being in front of our individual computer screens. The experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend taking this training whether you plan to incorporate Yoga Nidra into your teachings, or you just want to give yourself a blissful and relaxing weekend soaking in all the incredible practices. Bobby has so much incredible knowledge and experience and it is a gift to have the opportunity to learn from her. Thank you so much!
