I was very disappointed with Linda and her staff. I first used her many years ago and found her very professional, accommodating and competent.My opinion of her has declined substantially. In my latest dealings with her, I did not find her to be nearly as professional or competent or accommodating.I now regret recommending her to my family and friends.Paying more for a service does not always get you better results.Shop and save.Beware

I have used Notary Frazer’s services numerous times over the last 25 years and have always found her to be very professional and conscientious in any work that she has done for me. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

We absolutely recommend Linda’s services! She and her team have been helping my family for many years from residential to commercial properties, wills and donations. Linda and her team are professional, kind and trustworthy. Our questions are always answered in the greatest detail and deadlines are always met. My wife and I live 2 hours outside the city, and we are always willing to make the trip to get Linda Frazer, Notary’s services. Highly recommend! Look no further!

I was only advised about her fees on day of signing. When i expressed that her fees are too high, everything went downhill from that point. She then lowered her fees to make me sign a service contract which no other notary ever does and found a way to overcharge ounce again. She kept threatening to delay the sale if i did not accept. Linda frazer and her entire team kept behaving in a very unprofessional and dishonest. Representing their clients in good faith was clearly not their priority. She is a professional manipulator. She demanded i put all my personal belongings (bag, phone, laptop and notebook) outside the room. When i refused to cooperate with her prison demands, she snatched my notebook out of anger from me and threw across the office and demanded i put all my personal belongings outside the room. Her entire staff including her assistant Nancy witnessed all this misconduct and did not intervene nor correct the situation. They denied real estate agent from entering on a raining day and had him wait outside in rain. Please contact chambre des notaire for formal complaint if you encountered same type of behavior.

This notary only aims for the money and she overcharges you for anything with any means. Out of all the things we had to deal with during a property purchase deal, here are some of the most ridiculous ones:1. She insisted we use wire transfer for the property's down payment. If we use a bank draft then she would charge us 1 hour of professional work of depositing the bank draft. She never mentioned that she would charge hourly rates in our previous exchanges.2. 24 hours before closing the deal, she sent us a service contract which indicated she would charge 450$ / hour for any additional work. This was our FIRST time seeing this but she told us if we don't sign it then she would delay the deal.3. When my broker confronted her, she lied that we had already signed the contract 2 weeks before and she just asked us to sign it again. This is funny because if we had already signed it then why she's blocking the deal and asking us to sign it again? We never signed it before and we refused to sign it.4. Eventually she failed to bring proof that we had signed it so she caved and asked us to cross out the hourly rate part and only sign the bill we had agreed upon.This notary is not working in good faith and all she cares about is overcharging clients. If she were not picked by the seller (who's not from Quebec) we would never want to work with this person. We have filed a complaint to the CNQ on this.By the way, as of TODAY, we still haven't received a copy of the certificate of location from her, which was sent to her by the seller 2 months ago.

Linda Frazer was a co conspirator along with Earle Jones who defrauded over fifty people of over 70 million. her actions along with those of Mr. Jones resulted in people in their 50's 60's and even 80's becoming destitute. When Earls Ponzi scheme began to unravel, he preyed upon people like mary Olga Hirons of Beaconsfield and convinced her to liquidate her stock portfolio and mortgage her house. She was in her late sixties retired with few other assets and no earned income. Fore most notaries this would have set off alarms. Linda had no problem pushing the paperwork through all the while being renumerated by Ealre Jones for her illicit deeds.

For the second time in two years, we receive an invoice for services that we didnt ask for nor did we receive. After a lengthy conversation she finally admits that we were billed in error. Today, we received another letter with a different amount being requested once again for alleged service from 2019 (the same as the previous invoice.) Her initial excuse for billing us was blamed on her secretary who went on mat leave and told us not to worry she will have the charges removed. I don't know what kind of scam she's running but I'm pretty sure the better business bureau might be interested.

Do not use this company for an Indivision Agreement. No experience in that area at all. After 4 months of waiting for something, I switched Notary and it took the new Notary, 3 weeks to produce what I needed. No transparency whatsoever.

Terrible service! Linda lacking experience in Trust and have no Idea what she is doing with respect to Trust. She is arguing with a billion-dollar Bank that she is right, and they are wrong. Extremely slow! Never call back and focusing only on MONEY! Linda we are people, and you should work and represent people for the People! And remember one think, CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! I am deeply regretted to refer her clients’ lessons learn Linda! we will see what the Chambre des Notaires du Quebec will do next after reading all those people 1 start reviews and make the decision, if this is only my case.

Linda Frazer has been my notary for more than 15 years. I first used her service to set up a will and living will for both my wife and myself. When my father was sick with Alzheimer Linda was involved in homologating my father's mandate. If it wasn't for her I would have had serious problems. Linda's service was excellent. As for cost I honestly don't know since I never compared cost or went somewhere else for these services. When you are dealing with large amounts of money I feel it is more important to use the services of someone who has a proven track record than looking for a discount. That said, I feel her rates were reasonable. I highly recommend her services.
