I am currently getting my car repaired at fix auto and they are AMAZING. They are always so kind and friendly! I accidentally went to Fix Auto instead of the place where I was supposed to get my rental and they directed me to the place and even offered me a ride. They’re so friendly and I most definitelyrecommend

My experience with Fix Auto London North was fantastic! I was introduced through my insurance broker and we started the process right away. They were very communicative and kept me up to speed along the way through email. And since I did not have coverage for a rental car, they graciously gave me a ride from and to the shop which I was ever so grateful for. Not to mention they even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car, which to me is above and beyond what was necessary. Everyone I encountered was very kind and professional. The only slight hiccup was an apparent miscommunication of needing to pay a deductible that was supposed to be $0.00. The resulting repair looks great and I highly recommend their services!

Few issues with this place1.Vehicle was held at shop for approximately a month telling me they were waiting for parts. I was able to find all parts with one hour if I were to get them.2.They broke front hood arm latch and was promised to have it replaced and that they will call me back. One month later and not hearing back, I requested the to speak to the individual who I spoke to first only to figure out person was on a vacation and that he would call me next week after his vacation. No phone call was ever made to me.3.They damaged interior door trim and was also promised to fix but not fixed4.When I got my car back from them, I noticed that my brake light wasn't working and went and bought to realize they forgot to connect the wiring.5.Scuffs and scratches on rimCustomer service is non existent and a total joke. Worst experience in the last 17 years.

After an unfortunate incident with a tree branch, the staff at Fix Auto London Northwest replaced our windshield and repaired the associated body damage. The work was done very quickly and professionally and our vehicle is as good as new. They are very friendly and practical people to work with--strongly recommend them to anyone needing auto body or glass work done! Thank you.

Great job! Fixit was recommended by my insurance company to do collision repair to our car somebody hit just before Christmas. Argh! Very professional. Smooth process. Vehicle looked brand new when we got it back. Was delivered on time. Will definitely use again.
