One of the greatest massage therapy I have Ever received. Both Giselle and Adrianne know how to apply pressure to trigger point areas to release tension and alleviate muscle ache .They are great listeners to your needs.

Highly recommended, Gizzel is awesome, very knowledgeable and treat with care. I had severe neck pain from months and Gizzel has understood my neck issue and cured it with her treatment. She’s awesome, knowledgeable and do her best. I would always prefer A&G.

Tried prenatal massage with Gizelle today and it was beyond expectation! I really appreciate the get-to-know-you session prior to the massage because it really helps with the focus of the whole treatment. Throughout the massage Gizelle always checked in and made sure I was feeling comfortable and if the pressure was tolerable. Definitely coming back to see her in couple weeks :)

I must say Adrienne's massages are on a different level! I have got a lot of RMT massages in the past and non so far can compare. Adrienne is a very talented professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Was recently looking for a new RMT and found this place nearby. Adrienne was my therapist and she was really good. The communication before hand was detailed and she asked my preference of pressure as well, which I really appreciate.I prefer deep/higher pressure massage therapy and she delivered 100%.Great overall =).

Adrienne is the best massage therapist I have ever been too. I came in with very tight hip/ pelvic muscles. She took the time to analyze me and realized my pelvis was out of place. She made me feel 100% better and gave me exercises to do at home. I highly recommend her!

I travel all the way from Surrey to see Adrienne! Very personable and the massage is excellent. She can provide intense pressure if needed. Just let her know where it hurts and how much pressure you want and she can cater to your needs.
