Iannick did a very thorough job and went through every aspect of the home. He went over and beyond what was expected. He was pleasurable to speak with and took the time to explain his report afterward. We are so happy with our new home and his report may have saved us thousand by informing us of preventable maintenance issues.

Iannick at Nelson Home Inspections is very responsive and approachable. He was able to accommodate my schedule and needs both times he did a home inspection for me at 2 different locations. He did a walk through with me and my family at the end of his inspection both times, which was extremely helpful. One of the inspected homes was quite large, everything was personally explained and shown to us afterwards. The written reports both times were emailed within 12 hours after completion of inspection, very detailed and explanatory with many pictures highlighted and labelled to show exactly the topics noted. My family and I have repeatedly benefited from this inspectors expertise and advice and recommendations.

We’ve used Iannick a couple times to purchase homes in the Nelson area, and we will always use him. His inspection reports are the most thorough I’ve ever received from an inspection, so an excellent value for the information he provides. He is very personable, and a service we really appreciate, is near the end of the inspection, he can walk you through the home pointing out things he’s found that need attention. In order of priority, he’ll even give his opinion on solutions. A great experience and highly recommended.
