I’m a dumb parent who needed some help with my daughter’s skateboard. Evan was super helpful and generous with his time. Great shop with awesome selection of shoes, hats, hoodies and boards. Friendly staff obviously very passionate about skateboarding. We will be back.

I had bought an item that had a defect and Shawn and alyessa were validating towards my issue that I had with the product. They were very kind in providing me a solution that made both me and the employees Shawn and Alyessa can agree with. This is a super dope store with awesome customer service. Would recommend all to shop with ninetimes for skateboard and street wear clothing needs.

Really cool local store, with great staff. They let me know that they can help me with any sizing, and were really welcoming. The store itself has a great selection of lesser known brands, and has more obscure designs available which is nice. They have a great shoe wall, and they gave me some free stickers with my purchase. I recommend this shop to all skaters in the area.

Don’t let the owners demeanour (which is colder than Nic Cage trying to decipher a clue off the back of the Declaration of Independence) fool you into thinking they don’t care deeply about their customers and community. Amazing products, rad events, incredible team and good vibes only. 10 out of 10.

Amazing staff! I made a purchase online and the next day I wanted to add another item to get the free shipping. I called the store and they were very accommodating, had me order the second item and refunded me the shipping immediately. In addition, they were super patient! My indecisive self ordered a M then called and asked to change to a L and ultimately went back to a M. Person on the phone was so patient. Thank you for the fantastic experience!
