Crystal was a fantastic instructor highly recommended!!

I just took an OFA1 course after waiting for courses to open up again since Covid started. This was the 3rd class since they reopened and I was super happy with how well everything was thought out and managed when it came to social distancing and sanitizing. All of the equipment we used was presented in individual baggies to each of us from a bin. Class size was small so we could keep 2m apart. We were each given our own bottle of hand san and a bottle of spray sanitizer to use and then keep.Crystal is an excellent teacher and is very fluid in her teaching. She was easy to understand in spite of wearing a mask the whole time (except for during respiration’s) She explained the why’s and how’s and was always open to questions. She was seriously a top notch instructor! I’m sure that if this is the quality of teachers this business has, they’re all good. I hate classroom setting stuff but I highly recommend this place if you need first aid training if any kind. My husband has also done multiple safety certifications here and feels the same way I do!

Worksafet Solutions is a terrific training company. They instruct first aid with integrity and professionalism. When it comes to first aid supplies, they offer high quality products at great prices! (While offering free delivery within the lower mainland). I can't stress enough that this family run business is the best place to go for all your first aid/safety training as well as your first aid/safety supplies.

This place sucks. I took a level 2 here a little while ago.The instructor and new owner (Sherry) was constantly on her phone texting, talking about her horses, or talking about her kids. TALK ABOUT COURSE CONTENT! THAT IS WHAT WE ARE PAYING $600 FOR! She was running out of the class all the time to get the phone.We would get out earlier than 4:30 almost ever day (like 3:30 or 3:45), which sucked because I didn't feel like I had enough practice time and because of that, I didn't feel ready at all to take the exam. Other people complained about it too behind her back. Wasn't good at answering questions, and didnt like when students challenged her. Seemed like she always had a point to prove and got annoyed when people asked questions.I took the class last time with Carolyne, the old owner. MUCH BETTER! She actually cared about her students and didnt cut corners. Trevor, the owner before that was even better.Dont waste your time or money at this place. Do yourself a favour, and go somewhere else like saint johns ambulance!

Teachers are knowledgeable and professional.

Completed the OFA Level 3 and it was definitely a challenge. Alot to learn and know in 2 weeks. Very physical but very worth it.Sheri is highly knowledgeable and has decades of experience.With 2 weeks studying, reading, homework and the physical demanding parts of the course was definitely worth the hard work.I am now certified and very grateful to this place.Highly recommended and I hope to see you in 3 years.Thank you ladies!!

Anyhow my experience is Work Safet is a great company, Sheri has been a wonderful client for our business to deal with - Patient, professional and courteous. I have a background and safety certification(CSTS, WHMIS, Train the trainer) so I am familiar with first aid training.Safety courses can be very dry and to have a personal touch (I feel) helps make things more enjoyable. When I take my first aid training this will be the place I will go to.

Not only were the ladies professionals but extremely patient as well. Made it comfortable to learn. If I were to relocate from Chilliwack I would still drive back here in 3 years to do another recertification.Very knowledgeable in e.m.s, e.m.r, and ofa 3. Well worth the price of the affordable course. Knowledge is power. And sherri has lots. Thankyou.
