I came across Prime Insurance a few weeks ago online and decided to give them a call for my car which I had just purchased. They were very friendly the minute I walked in. Gurpal was very patient and answered all my questions and put me at ease. Overall a great experience and I have referred them to 2 others.

I recently moved here from Saskatoon needing to register my vehicle , I had my vehicle inspection done and passed , had everything I needed . And Prime insurance wouldn’t let me insure my vehicle , saying they spoke with ICBC and I would need to pay $2000 to insure it . I phoned ICBC myself and explained to them the situation and they said I shouldn’t have any problem insuring my vehicle . They did nothing to even try and help my situation out . The owner was very rude to me . Very disappointing coming from a different city and getting a horrible experience right off the bat. I went a couple days after to Westland insurance , and was able to plate the vehicle right away no problem . I had a horrible experience at Prime, so I definitely will let anyone I know to not go there . But hopefully other people will get a better experience then I did.

Ram Sharma was absolutely amazing and so patient with me. I got a text notification letting me know I needed to renew my insurance. In the past I had been getting basic insurance through icbc and a different insurance from a private company and I thought I had called the other company to renew my insurance and after a few very confusing minutes I realized I had not but what Ram explained to me was that my insurance actually had run out a month ago and I currently did not have any insurance on my vehicle. And within a few minutes over the phone he was able to renew my policy and I actually got a really good deal getting everything through icbc so I do not have to utilize the private insurance anymore. He was super nice very friendly and very patient with me as I found myself to be a little confused throughout the whole process and had never done a renewal over the phone but he made it really easy and really simple. He was absolutely top notch and great customer service and I am really happy with the outcome. I even asked for his opinion on what I should get in regards to insurance and gave me a couple options but informed me of which one he thought was the best one so that I would have the best coverage possible but with still not having to pay astromical amounts of money ! He was awesome and very knowledgeable and I found that really refreshing !

I was recommended to go see Kamal for my car insurance because my friend has been using them for over 3 years now and I'm so glad I did. Kamal was very friendly and right off the bat I felt very comfortable discussing the different options and plans without any sales pressure or salesy vibes. They are a nice bunch who know what they are doing. Everyone greeted me when I walked in and left. Highly recommend them!
