Crossroads provides exceptional care to my two American Bullies. Dr. Bart is so good with his patients. They do not try to gouge people. They are honest! All the staff are professional and helpful. The people who work here obviously care about pet health! They are friendly, welcoming and attentive! My DR today was very thorough with my little baby. He gave me several suggestions for my concerns as well as options for future potential issues. I would recommend this clinic for anyone!

I have been very happy with Crossroads. I prefer to have one Veterinarian for both my dogs. I feel that in this way the Vet has the opportunity to get to know you and your pets and I think this is important. Both my dogs are young and their Vet is Dr Matt. He helped me through a very scary time with my rescue and today I have two very healthy happy dogs. The staff there is awesome, very friendly and considerate. In comparison I feel the cost to be more reasonable compared to other clinics in Thunder Bay.

Amazing staff and very well kept animal clinic. Fortunate to have them as my dog’s vet clinic after recently moving to Thunder Bay. Other clinics wouldn’t even consider taking her in especially being 12 years old and with many health issues but Crossroads didn’t hesitate one bit. Karen and Sandra at the front desk are two of the many angels that work there. Would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you Crossroads for all that you provide to my little girl.

Excellent health care for my cat. Dr. Alex and Dr. Bart are great. I have always had great service, from the front of the clinic to the back. The staff at the front are always helpful when I call for appointments or need advice. Well worth the drive.

Other than the long wait which happens for unforeseen reasons, the care was great. Having to put our senior girl down the day before was traumatic, but Dr. Bart and his team was amazing and made the whole process more bearable. Thank you!

My cat Cassidy has been a patient of Crossroads for 13 years now. The staff are just incredible! They are friendly, caring and very helpful whether it's over the phone, or in person. Dr. Kozak is so sweet and gentle when she is examining Cassidy. It's obvious that she enjoys and loves animals! Thank you Crossroads!

I really appreciate CVC for taking on my pet as a patient. It was our first time going to the vet so I didn't know what to expect, but I left very impressed! The clinic was clean and the staff were quick and courteous. The care team helped make my kitten as comfortable as possible before they looked her over. She was back to her silly self 5 minutes after we got home. Thank you so much!

We have been a member of Crossroads for 9 years with 2 dogs and they are the best to deal with and take very good care of Bella and Harley !! All the vets and staff are great to deal with and are very caring and helpful. Thank you for always taking care of our dogs.
