Have used this agency for 3 years. Robyn was always our agent and was amazing. She is currently away for several months. Needless to say, the service has gone into the toilet since Robyn being off. They cost me to lose money and are now ignoring my calls and emails to resolve. Takes your money BUT doesn't take accountability I will not use or recommend this agency.

Ongoing matter with this agency who lost the entire amount of a vacation, taking zero responsibility for the Agents Error. The agent made a decision which caused this WITHOUT her clients consent.All branches are ignoring our requests.Had to get TICO involved!Matter is ongoing.Absolutely ridiculous - agencies are used to minimize errors!!One star is too much!
