I have been going to Healthcare Solutions for many years. One of my favorite employee is Danielle. She knows the products, the store and doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond. I can honestly say that the rest of the staff is like that, they are all well trained in all aspects.The store is well organized, but parking is something of a challenge unless you have a handicap placard. They are closed on Sundays.. something I find a bit of a challenge as well.Over all their prices are far better for medical needs/supplies. Especially ostomy supplies. I sincerely recommend this store as the first choice for first-aid needs.

Tremendous variety of medical paraphernalia and healthcare supplies. Prices are modest. Service is good when your turn finally comes. It is strange placement that customer service is placed at the very back of the store for people with physical struggles, forcing them to walk the longest distance possible. Rentals are very helpful for shorter term needs. $$$

We went in to buy a lift chair for my 88 year old mother. Harry Gaisie served us and was extremely knowledgable and helpful. We tried quite a few chairs with all features explained, and what a pleasant experience we had with Harry. He is now helping me with another backordered item, and just called me to let me know he’s bringing it in from another store. Fabulous service!

Tamara’s customer service was excellent when we went in to pick out a mobility scooter for our mother. She was very knowledgeable and even helped us load it into our vehicle so that we could take it home the same day. Thanks Tamara. It was a great experience.

I took my elderly friend to Healthcare Solutions on the south side to pick up a knee brace. Sandra helped us and she was fantastic! I thought she was just going to show us where the knee braces were located. She helped my elderly friend as she tried on at least ten different knee braces until she found one that she was comfortable with. Sandra must have helped us for about 45 minutes. She is wonderful!

I was told when I bought my socks that I didn’t need to keep the information because they had me in the system. When I showed up today they told me they couldn’t look it up - that they didn’t have access to the information. The associate on cash was absolutely useless and didn’t offer any solutions. She suggested I figure out what I bought and come back. With Amazon and online options, don’t bother. Absolutely abysmal service.

Today I visited Healthcare Solutions to try out some scooters for my mom. Belise helped me around showed me what they had and went ahead doing some research on a specific brand/maker I needed. Sadly, it's no longer in market. But I still tried what they had on the floor she let me try a couple of them and I loved them all. I'm bringing in my mom soon. I highly recommend this place.Thank you.
