These guys are super helpful and friendly. The young man came outside with me to check out my inner liner/ fender to see if i just can use push tacks. He even helped me pick out some items i needed. Cannot say enough positive things about the helpful staff. There are not many young men as impressive as this guy. Thank you to both men that helped me out.

I've been coming to NAPA for years because their staff are very knowledgeable and provide great service. One of their staff members even brought it to my attention that a discount was available for me after seeing my company logo on my jacket one day. The store itself is very clean and uncluttered. And if they don't have the parts in stock, they'll have it available the next day if their available from the warehouse.

Prices are usually lower than a dealership and higher then everywhere else, the employees are extremely rude and often don't want to help you if they have to lift a finger to do so, good selection on parts but my last resort if I need something.

HUGE HELP! Had an oddball size bolt that 3 other places couldn't find. Went to Napa and initially they couldn't find the bolt, but they had an odds and ends bin and found the exact ones I needed!! Above and beyond. These guys saved me a trip to who knows where. Awesome customer service!!

Earlier this week I went in for a part exchange as the one I had previously purchased stopped working. They did not have the part in when I gave them a call but quickly got the part in within a couple of hours. I believe the name of the person that had helped me was Jonas. Very friendly and quick service. The exchange was a very easy process and I will definitely be back!

The parts pros on the counter are exceptional and well experienced, you cannot go wrong with any of them.Had a warranty on a failed part and it was quickly resolved and had my replacement part sooner than expected.Store Manager is friendly and courteous.Assistant Manager (Jonas ?) though seems to bring the positive atmosphere down, and feels it is appropriate to yell at his staff in the presence of customers to tell them not to be loud (irony).Not sure of his skills or abilities as he exudes an unwelcoming persona and lack of professionalism. Thus the 4 star rating.

Went there for a starter for a quad. Was told they don't have it and can't look it up in there system. Literally every other Napa has is. Went to Sherwood Napa and got it no problem.

Have seen some lazy and incorrect work done at this location; make sure you double check your part numbers they are often wrong. I have told them the exact part number they have repeated it back to me and when I go in I'm looking at a different part with a different part number only to then after explaining multiple times do I get the correct part with the correct part number. Strange...but they have what you are looking for eventually.(update 4 stars not 3 however there were many workers standing around talking while I paitantly waited by the till.
