Cannot recommend Hughie enough - I wish there were more stars to give...Our phone reception isn't great at the house, so we organised via email and text with Pamela who was very understanding, professional, informative and polite when arranging Hughie doing a call out to us.Hughie himself was just wonderful - professional, friendly and understanding, clearly well experienced and happy to answer any questions I had. We had just moved in so we didn't know much about the stoves in the house, or stoves in general. Hughie gave an initial inspection and then cleaned out both stoves and replaced the rope on one of the stoves too. Both before and after he went through his thoughts and findings in detail and gave us a wealth of information about what's going on beyond the stove doors and some advice on next steps too.We're in such a better position now with this knowledge going forward and are so grateful.Not only that, but you'd never know he was here - on his initial inspection he was very considerate of our carpets and after everything was done the place is spotless! Extemely good value for money too for the quality of work.I will be using Hughie Doonans services again without any hesitation.
