Horrible quality of PizzaDespite being regular customers we weren’t delivered proper quality pizzaAs posted in the picture you can see black olives givenOlives has horrible taste and fowl smell and the pizza was half burntWhen we called they didn’t respond well and weren’t accepting their fault.I wouldn’t recommend to go here if you actually care about getting good pizza.

Best Pizza I've tasted in a long time! I'm usually in this plaza at another business, and I've seen lots of people coming and going from Lava Pizza&Wings. I was wondering what all the fuss was about. I spoke to Abbey at the next door business and she said they have amazing pizza's there. I decided to try it out. And, I'm hooked! Purchased a pizza for the first time about 5 days ago. It was so good I went back yesterday and bought another extra large pizza with double pepperoni, double cheese, green peppers and mushrooms. They are consistent with each pizza being mouth watering terrific. Spoke with the owner Sam and told him it's the best pizza ever! I commended him. If someone is looking for an amazing pizza place don't pass this one by. The staff are also extremely friendly, polite and fun. You can see everyone has a good time working there. This will be my go to place from now on. Thanks Sam for the amazing customer service and outstanding pizza's you make.Chad St. Aiden

They used to be good, ordered dry rub wings all I got was some stuff sprinkled on top, see pic, and wasn't flavourful. Won't be going anymore.

I ordered three large Samosa poutines and I was waiting for her to print a receipt. First she didn’t even ask whether I need a receipt or not and when I asked her to print one her response was “We don’t print receipts here and if customers need a receipt, customers should let the business know beforehand”. I was shocked by that response and I debated with her and in exchange she gave me an order sheet as a proof of purchase.. lol. Hope you get a response from business regarding this.

So I went at this Lava pizza location on 14th April. I called at the store and ordered a large pizza for pickup. I reached the location and asked for my pizza. For 1 large pizza and 1 dipping they charged me $26 which is insane for a pizza. I asked if the price is correct because on the menu board the large pizza with 3 toppings was only $16. The person at the till was unable to answer my question so there was a guy at the back(possibly owner) came and said it’s expensive because there’s a different type of sauce in it. However, the menu board does not reflect anything related to it. It simply shows 3 toppings large pizza for $16. I was charged 10$ extra just for a desi sauce that they used. The lava pizza in downtown gives the same pizza for $16 only. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their business approach as well as customer satisfaction policy. I just couldn’t figure out how the same franchise is giving the same pizza for different prices. Ridiculous it was. I just have no words to describe how their business ethics could drop just for the sake of some money. Thank you

I have went there a couple times and I must say that their customer service is great, they are very nice and they make sure that I am happy with what I get! Their food is amazing and I’m always happy with my order! Lava pizza is one of my favourite pizza places. I will for sure come back many more times!

I have been going to Lava Pizza for almost 6+ years now, both the Westdale and Mountain location. The customer service used to be absolutely horrible and they would always forget things in my order when I choose to have it delivered, and on top of that have really rude behaviour. HOWEVER, in the past 2 years (maybe more), the Mountain location had a change in management and ever since then it has been incredible. They have excellent customer service. Especially, the the manager that works there all the time. I’m not sure what his name is but he always greets me with such positive energy and makes sure that my order is perfect. Every time I visit him at Lava, I feel 100% happy with my order, no complaints!! And also the food is bomb as always. They literally have the best pizza and wings I’ve ever tried. My go to is a pizza with extra cheese and double halal pepperoni and the spicy Caesar wings.
