Mr. Lube + Tires

Just stopped in for an Oil change before a long drive back to Halifax! They’re excellent. Above and beyond and great customer service. Definitely bang for your buck and a delightful experience! They definitely know what they’re doing :) thanks guys!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mr.Lube Mohawk's location for the second time, and I must say, I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great service experience.Both times, Mr. Guri assisted me, and he was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything about my car and how to maintain it properly, which was very helpful. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his willingness to answer all of my questions.Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with my experience at Mr.Lube Mohawk's location, and I will be visiting this place every time I need car maintenance. The staff was fantastic, the service was excellent, and Mr. Guri's expertise and assistance were invaluable. I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could!

Cannot believe what just happened to me. I got Mr.Lube with my 1year old baby. (Usually they take 15 mins to finish so I brought her) But that was a very bad decision. Everything was normal until after they drained my engine, nobody worked on my car. I asked them is everything ok? THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE MY OIL IN STOCK, again AFTER DRAINED MY OIL, THEY FOUND OUT THEY DONT HAVE MY OIL. Yep, I was STUCK there, have to call my wife come to pick up baby first. They said the system still showing they have 6.5L in stock, but someone used early shift and that person didn’t update the system. People whoever work on this shift was polite and nice, I didn’t give trouble to anyone, but THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED HAPPEN. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

Been there once for an oil change and the price was reasonable, the service was friendly, speedy. I opted for additional service and declined some. Wasn't pushy. This earns a 2nd visit and hopefully they maintain the good service which in turn will be my go to from now on.

Couldn’t fix the leak in my tire. Put a patch on what they said was a very tiny nail. This would not puncture my tire. Charged $50 for this. When I called the next day to say they hadn’t fixed the tire as the light was back on and the tire almost flat they said but we put a patch on it. I advised I went somewhere else and it was a screw they didn’t fix the tire at all. They had me drive all the way down to the shop so they could look at it. Not sure what they would see from outside tire. I told them I want a refund as I had to pay elsewhere to get it fixed right. They wanted to give me a gift card. WHAT. And I trust your service. No thanks I want my money back.

I’ve been to this location several times for oil changes. They are alway quick, and effective, and ensure that you understand the service being done. Tyrel was the supervisor on shift for my last oil change and he was incredible. Great customer service and true leadership skills. Thanks for the service and I will be back!

Went for an oil change and they did everything quickly. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Guri advised me of things my car might need done but was not pushy about it. He also advised me of everything that was included with my oil change and ensured it was all done. As someone who can get nervous going to places to have maintenance for my car, this was not a nerve wracking experience. Highly recommend

Had such a great experience at this location. The staff were knowledgeable, efficient and very fast. My daughter napped the entire time while I got my oil changed and we were done long before she woke. Big thank you for the fast and fantastic service.
