New Style Barbers

I had a great haircut by Arlin, he doesn't speak English too well but we were able to explain what we wanted to each other no problem. He did pay attention to the details and lines, overall was great. I would recommend him to anyone.The shop and the owner on the other hand, I didn't have such a good expirience with. The phone lines do not get picked up, and there is no voice-mail. Not sure why it's not set up? I had an appointment on one of the Saturdays, everyone was late 5 mins - no big deal. I was under impression that for 50 dollars you will get here and it will be a real luxury day with like a face wash, hot towels, maybe even shampoo. However there was none of that. I walked in and told the owner I had a wedding today, he responded with complete disregard lol. To him, I was just another just another 50 dollar bill. In fact, there was a kid 16 17 year old beside me - who came in and was evidently struggling with what he wanted to do that day. The owner was quite rude to the kid, kept saying dude I've never been so confused in my life". Like poor kid man

This is my second time getting a cut from the impressive Arlin the barber. I reckon he must be a certified magician or something—a fellow of very few words and very many talents who knows best how to save a guy's life. The detail and efficiency this man works with is worth much more than the listed price. He works so smoothly I almost fell asleep. What a lad.Their website is also very straightforward and helpful. They've always been there with a plethora of barbers every time I needed to book a cut at the last minute. In my experience, nowhere else around here is quite so easy to book, nowhere else quite so consistently available.

My regular barber was on vacation they were nice enough to take me without a booking and did a fantastic job. Arne delivered and provided a quality haircut. I think my old barber has some competition now.

Barber - Jorge Corado. #Legend! Jorge has been my kids barber for years and we followed him to New Style Barbers in Bradford. We love the experience here. Couldn't recommend Jorge at New Style Barbers enough. Friendly, affordable and most importantly an awesome cut with awesome fades.

Horrible place, I booked for a 2:30 appointment and I was waiting for a guy dont know his name but there was 2 other guys free to cut hair but their phone was more important than cutting my hair I ended up waiting 35 minutes and said whatever got up said I’m leaving and they said “k go bye” and we left the unclean place I don’t recommend this place seeing finished results today.

I didn't like it, he always cut my son's hair crooked.

Great barbershop! All the barbers there are awesome but I get my hair cut by Tamir and he always does an amazing job! He is very thorough and takes his time. Thanks Tamir!

Terrible customer service!Been coming to get cuts from them for over 6 years….Made an appointment online over 3 weeks ago and got the confirmation via email.Received an email this morning that appointment has been canceled and no further explanation. No one called or tried to contact me to reschedule.Called the Bradford location and was told owner is in Inisfil location so I called and asked to speak with the owner (Luis) who I had originally booked for the cut. I explained that my appointment was canceled and that I had made it over 3 weeks ago. No apology or anything, he just says “ oh there was some confusion about scheduling “I said ok no worries, can you at least reschedule my appointment either earlier or on a later day? He says…”oh im with a client…you can book online “Really…isn’t that what I did 3 weeks ago.They definitely give good cuts, but are lacking tremendously in customer service.With a client or not…should have rescheduled and notified me before canceling or what’s the sense in online booking????
