Lave Auto Saint Charles (Tarek’s car wash)

Rip off. He told us 55$ for cleaning inside and outside but at the end he charged 75$. We didn't want to argue so we just paid... never go back agan.

Best car wash in the West Island an it’s not close, from the customer service to the beautiful waiting room an the low prices as soon as your think it couldn’t get better you realize your car is the cleanest you have ever seen it.

I want to share with you my experience I had my car washed in saint Charles lave auto from the moment I stepped out of my car thier was some one asking me if I want to wash my car in and out with a wlecome smile the waitting room is very clean and they have a very relaxing music while you are watching your car cleaned they I have a Cafe from thier Cafe machine my car was cleaned good from inside out side and they offered me if I want to buy thier tickets thier prices is very reasonable compared with other car washes in the west island .I liked the place the people they are very professional .I asked them to do some detailing on the outside of my car and I was surprised from the results.If you did not visite them before, I advice you to give it a try.

Absolutely awful service and complete rip off. I was charged $150 for a full car shampoo that was done extremely rushed (30 minutes). The man I dealt with was also making prices up as we went each time I asked how much a specific service would cost. Halfway through shampooing my car, a man informed me that since they were closing soon, they would not be able to dry my car and I had to keep my car running with the heat on at my house until the car dried. Definitely seemed as though they just wanted my money and rushed me out. I drove home with wet seats and wet floors. Upon placing things back in my car, I realized many spots still had soap marks or water marks. Additionally, some areas had not been cleaned whatsoever. I went back the next day to see what could be done and they said they would buff out the soap and water marks and clean the areas that were missed. They, once again, failed to clean two sections of my car. They said one section was not dirt but scratches, yet I was able to clean this at home myself afterwards. Also, I had payed extra to clean my mats and they are still dirty. Additionally they told me they were not able to dry the inside of my car any way besides cranking up the heat, given the weather outside. Once again, I would have loved to be told it would not be possible to dry my car prior to the wash started. After pushing to have the full survive I payed for done, they agreed to keep my car at their shop and put the heat on until it dried. I also had to have my boyfriend push for this as they didn’t want to keep my car at all and told me to do it at home. This entailed of my car running and gas running for over an hour. I felt completely ripped off and very angry. They also forgot to put two items I had in my trunk and I still have not gotten back. There are so many car washes only minutes away from this one, I urge you to go there instead.

My friend recommended me so I went and this is by far the worst car wash I have ever been too. I took many pictures of the inside of my car after it was “finished” and it’s like they didn’t even do anything. Disappointed and I won’t be returning.

My experience at this car wash has always been amazing! My family has been going there for the last two years and they treat us well! They never prioritize one car over another even when I was driving a secondhand car they always made it extremely spotless, like it came out of the show room. They work incredibly hard, and I respect what they’re doing!

Never going back to this car wash they used too much water on the inside and caused a short circuit that messed up the computer, I am currently waiting on a towing truck and will be sending the bill to the owner, the rest of the staff was helpful

I’ve been going there for the last 2 years and I simply love the staff! They’re pretty fast and car is always super clean! The owner is amazing! They also have a nice waiting lounge! Price is good too!
