I gave 1 star so can do this the 1960 Chaplin street mini mall . The gate was broken for several MONTHS and some body walked in broke the lock off stole everything I had. Obvious breakin occurred not a word from them. Now three days later still no word from them. If you have product in this place remove it instantly or you will probably get robbed like I did. Thank you CLINTON ANDERSON stands by this as fact and truth ! I have heard from the company. The owner called me on the Monday morning and reassured me I would reimbursed for my losses. I will post on what happens.. I have heard from the owner. I'm told I will be reimbursed for my looses.Hello sir this is Clint it's almost been a year and you need to get in touch with me as soon as possible.

It's been more than a year since I used mini-mall storage, and it has been a great experience. From the very beginning and transferring location, Arlene is the most outstanding and helpful in all aspects of customer service. Arlene is knowledgeable and has exceeded my expectations. This storage has proven its safety and maintained very well with its staff.. highly recommended and look for arlene for assistance

Judie was super friendly and walked me thru entire process of getting my appointment to see if i was ok with the storage i wanted to rent. She was clear with all the instruction and information she gave me was update and all understandable. Really happy with the service.

We had a sad experience,,iced up,,could not get into locker,,then not even being a week in we got a bill for the next month,,we got out off there after we chipped ice for an hour between the two of us,,We left what we found in the locker,,the lockers were also dirty,,And NO we still have not got our money back yet,,,
