Friendly and helpful staff, whether it's in the office or over the phone, including the service department.

Its nice to go into a place and have knowledgeable people serve you, make things go faster and with no frustrations. Just picking up water filter elements for the $4500 water system they put in last June.

Deliveries are always on time, well scheduled and appreciated. Invoices are received quickly and I like that I can pay in my banking app.

This company sets the standard for the way all customer service should be. I don't have a single complaint. Both the customer service phone operators and the delivery guys were always very upbeat, friendly, and helpful. I love that if I need to call I get through right aways, and when I emailed them I always got the same person and they always responded promptly. Not to mention the service itself is so convenient. I'm a small woman and carrying those heavy bottles around in the winter is hazardous, so I was grateful to find this water delivery service. Their automated phone call reminder the day before delivery is also very handy. I also like that I can add or remove how many bottles I need for a delivery the day before. Just all around a great service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would :)

I love the service. I only been with the company for 2 months. I like the service it's convenient, right on time, you don't have to worry about where's your water from, and they deliver right at your front door. And I love that the most. When you at work 16 or 18 hours a day. It's makes life so convenient and easy. So please keep up the good work.

consistent, great customer service. I come in person about once a month to drop off bottles and get new. Been coming for several years. Staff recognize me and are very pleasant, including the folks who load the water at the ramp. A couple of times I've off-handedly mentioned a minor problem (small leak in one bottle) and they've replaced it free of charge, which I wasn't expecting. I like the loyalty card, and get a free bottle every 10 jugs. Thanks!

Culligan is always on the dot when delivering. If I forget to bring out the empty bottles, they make it a point to call first and remind you making sure the trip is not a waste. And of course their water tastes good! I recommend them 100%.
