Holly's Garage

We have used Holly's Garage & Towing on several occasions. Allan is very helpful. Most recently our car's tire blew and there were no tires available where we were (low profile run flats) and Allan arranged to have car towed. Because of covid we could not drive with tow truck driver; Allan called around and found a car rental that was still open (some were closed) and ensured they would wait for us to arrive to get a rental car. This is above and beyond the help that other garages provide--and this is just one example of how helpful Joe and Allan have been. Prices are very reasonable, they are trustworthy and their work is exceptional.

I've been a client at Joe Holly for about 10 years. Joe is by far the most honest, reliable and knowledgeable mechanic that I've ever known. His service is often above and beyond the call of duty. Can't say enough about Holly's.

I had my recently-bought used Pilot have engine trouble near Simpson Pit Rd this past Friday just after 10pm, and had to take advantage of my CAA roadside. I was on my way to Parry Sound to my trailer, then to Huntsville the following day for my Uncle's funeral. I was privileged to have Ben get dispatched for my call. He arrived earlier than expected, spent the time with me to add some oil to see if that would get me running properly again and followed me down the road for a test drive. When that didn't work, he drove me all the way back to Ottawa, dropped me and my camping/fishing gear off at my home and took my vehicle to my mechanic's further along the way. Ben really went above and beyond expectations, and I hope you know you've got a great guy working for you. That's a level of customer service that is hard to find these days, particularly in the current social climate. A+ service for both CAA and Holly's.

Very quick service to get to me after a deer strike early on a Sunday morning. The driver that came for me and tow my truck was great. First thing he said was his truck is warmed up and waiting for you while he loaded my car onto the flatbed. We had about 1.5 hour drive to the dealership in Ottawa and we had a great conversation, answered my questions...helpful and curtious. If all of Holly's Garage employees are like this, than you can't go wrong with this company.

Wonderful staff and service. Stayed after hours to help me get home to my family when my truck broke down on the side of the road. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!!!

Car battery died at cottage far from the city. CAA sent Holly to tow my car to their garage. They ordered two batteries to ensure having the right one. Brought it back on time and I only paid for the battery itself. Friendly, efficient service between Holly’s and CAA.

Great shop to deal with. Was broken down very far from home. A gentleman from the area recommended Holly's. They answered my call right away, towed my vehicle and diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed as soon as parts were delivered. They explained everything and had very fair rates. Worked out to be the best outcome to an unfortunate situation. Would highly recommend.

I recently had a car accident in the area, Holly's were prompt, professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. I would highly recommend and won't hesitate to use them again if I'm ever in need of assistance.

My Husband had his car towed here after breaking down in Eganville. We went by the reviews. They repalced parts that were not discussed or agreed apon. The bill was more then double the quote. When he got the car back he noticed ABS and the ESP lights were on. The car was making a loud noise and the car would vidrate when break pettal was pressed on. My husband called to ask them to look at it. Because it was from the work that they had done.They said they would but didn't know how much it would cost us for them to look over the job they had done. No other garage would change you to look over their own work. Clearly they don't garentee their work or value customers. We will never go back!
