Was genuinely shocked by my experience here. My friend and I went late night, maybe 30 minutes before closing, so I do understand if the workers were tired or not in the mood. But, the quality of our food was genuinely awful. We got the new japanese bread with condensed milk, and my friend ordered the hot chocolate hazelnut milk tea. The bread looked like a hot dog bun, felt like a hot dog bun, and tasted like a hot dog bun. It was still edible due to the condensed milk, but the drink was actually so terrible she had to throw it away. I would not be surprised if it was just water and nesquick, because that’s truly what it tasted like. It was powdery, watery, and just not good. It felt like we were drinking dirty chocolate water. The other issue is that the drink was NINE dollars. Nine dollars for a small, disgusting drink. I don’t recommend that anyone goes here.

Horrid food and Bubble Tea. Stale, dry and filthy. I wouldn’t get anything from this place in future.Such abuse should be reportable to the police.

Great service, but the prices and taste are mediocre. The lady was super nice and there was only once person working, but served my large group very quickly and with great kindness. The drink however does not match up with other bubble tea places. I think they should lower their prices as well because they are a lot more expensive compared to other places. Reccomend as a one time try.

People here are so nice and considerate. I love eating the classic egg waffles here. As someone who’s been eating egg waffles their entire lives, this place does it right! Lu is amazing and always helps create a comfortable environment for customers!

This place is garbage. How is half a waffle $9.99. They need to learn how to package their Uber orders. I also ordered a waffle with ice cream but where’s the ice cream? Save your money this place is not worth anyone’s time or money.

Got an iced hong kong milk tea and it was really good and authentic tasting. Get it with full sugar its the perfect amount. I got it with 50 and it wasn’t sweet at all, they were nice enough to add more sugar when I asked. At closing too so excellent customer service :) will be back anytime my hk milk tea craving hits!

Great service. I liked hazelnut pearl tea! Not a big fan of green tea though. The ambience is too good. The order is taken in a very detailed manner which covers your required sugar level, ice level. The packaging is very neat.

2022 September 3★Been to other locations and this location is ok. Had the milk tea takeout with grass jelly as well as tapioca versions.While the staff is fine, the drink lacked enough smoothness in the cold drink. Probably because it was hot and bring a cold drink, the ice melted making it watered down.Has the hot version and it's be better.Parking on the street or side streets.
