Deva from Co-Efficient did my pre and post evaluation on our house regarding the heat pumps installation. Deva arrived on time and was very detailed on his inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable, and was very patience explaining/checking regarding which heat pump qualifies for government grants or rebates.His support staffs were extremely helpful in advising me on the web site to apply for the rebates and answered any questions I have. They do all the paperwork and submit it to the federal government on my behaveWe are so grateful to have such helpful people to help us through the process.Highly recommended this company

After purchasing our lovely house, we discover that the BC Hydro bill was high and we were wondering what steps will help us to make the house more energy efficient. Here comes Deva with his Energy Evaluation and his Renovation Upgrade Report. Very thorough, easy to understand and Deva went to great length with us to review the report, and to help us to decide which renovations will make the most sens in order to improve the energy performance of our house and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.Plus, he also gave us a lot of tips, so yes, i will totally recommend Deva and his company before starting renovations on our house. Deva came to our house to perform an energy evaluation but we got so much more! We walked away from our meeting as more educated homeowners. He is knowledgable and thorough and went into detail about how we were losing energy and the best ways to remedy the situation. He was also very detailed in letting us know how we could apply for rebates afterword. I will recommend him again.As an aside, he also kindly asked my 6yr old if he had permission to enter her room which was so courteous and a clear indicator of what a gracious person he is as well.

Did a fine job on both my pre and post inspection... Then too, Ally on the phone was able to help me with my Canada Green rebate application when calling and emailing the Canada Green people myself seemed to get me no where.... For that I am immensely grateful....

I must disclose that I never hired this company, I only called for information. However during my call I was informed that while they will do your home's evaluation they will not provide any further advice on what upgrades to target or how best to use the grants. They are very much a high volume outfit and the price they charge is comparable with other companies that will likely give you better service. Additionally, they use pushy sales tactics. After my inquiry I was emailed a tentative appointment, even though I didn't ask for one. It has the appearance of a real appointment and they kept emailing me even though I never asked for an appointment. It's a suspicious practice. I would avoid this company if you can.However if you just want the Energuide sticker and you want it quick I'm sure they do an adequate job.

Deva performed an evaluation on my home and I learned a lot of useful information about energy efficiency and about how my house works. Would recommend
