First Choice Haircutters

Ariel took her time to cut my childrens’ hair! She did a great job! The salon was clean and the chairs were disinfected between clients. Thank you!

I have always gone to this location, and gotten great service, (except for one time; a young new stylist doing my perm, and it wasn’t as good as the seasoned stylist’s side.) Attempted to go there today, however, and just discovered that they do no longer take cash at that location, which was the only method I had of payment today. Apparently they haven’t taken cash in two years. (obviously I haven’t been there in a while), wasn’t very happy, wanted to use my gift money, so I will go elsewhere. :(

Showed up 75 mins before close and the open sign was on. They had 3 people working and 4 people waiting for haircuts so they rejected us. First Choice definitely won't be my first choice next time.

Awful experience here, I wish I had read the reviews! The lady cutting my hair was clearly sick, huffing and puffing and coughing into her hands while cutting my hair. I wanted an undercut, simplest thing to do, she went wayyyy too high on the sides and twice as high at the back. She doesn't know what a straight line is! She left lots of long hair on the side where I got a number 1, how do you fail at a 1??? It was visible to me sitting in the chair but not to her, how??? I asked her to go over it again and she still failed! It was so bad that I had to shave my whole head myself when I got home to look presentable for my date tonight. Four months of growing my hair only to be destroyed in seconds! I'll never go here again!

I told the lady that I want layers. My hair look so weird. The hair from the back are just straight with no layers. The front parts are not layered at all. Some of them are layered and the other one are just long straight hair like the way they were before. She had no idea how to cut hair in layers. So disappointed and waste of time. I hope someone look at these reviews and take actions.

I went to this place because it wasn’t busy and I wanted to just get a quick touch up for my hair, I ended up with a horrible haircut and paid money for a job that wasn’t even done, the women I had felt like she was rushing to get to other clients and told me my hair kept looking fine so I finally got fed up and just told her I was finished. Thank god great clips was there to rescue me tbh cause I would have been a laughing stock if I had kept it the way this women cut it! I am very unhappy with this and if I could get a refund I would!
